Welcome to the Lady Fitness blog.  We are glad you stopped by! 
At Lady Fitness our approach to fitness and nutrition is realistic for women of all ages and fitness levels.  And our approach to the blog portion of our website is much the same.

Each week we will bring you the latest news from each of our 3 Utah Lady Fitness locations.  We will also be sharing the success stories of some of our members.  Please feel free to leave a comment about topics you would like covered or if you or a friend has an incredible Lady Fitness success story we should feature.
